SUPPORT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We can only provide assistance to our direct clients so please enter your Envato license code since we cannot longer give support without.

This ticket system is intended to provide assistance to buyers who experience issues, but please keep in mind that items purchased from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon are provided "as-is" with no guarantee of support (as stated in ThemeForest/CodeCanyon terms & conditions http://themeforest.net/legal/membership).

We will normally answer in between 2 - 4 days. Please note we do not work on weekends.

If we determine the issues are caused by user error or are the result of a plugin, we will ask that you retrace your edits or contact the developer of the plugin you're using.

Plugins purchased through non ThemePunch products (e. g. Themes from different authors) are not eligible for our support or updates!

Additionally, items purchased through a bundle promotion on Envato are not eligible for support or updates (as stated in the bundle item description).
